Puerto Princesa City Guide Map

GETTING AROUND

Multicabs and Tricycles are common means to get around Puerto Princesa. Jeepneys have standard routes. Tricycles on the other hand, are fairly limited to specific areas and not     allowed on very long distance. Standard tricycle fare is P 8.00 - P 10.00 pesos/person. For special services, the tourists from the airport to hotels, accommodations  and other destinations on special rates. The Bus Terminal is located a few kilometers outside the City Proper.

A Tricycle from the Airport to the Town Center cost around P 50.00 Pesos. It is a good idea to arrange a special transport only licensed by City Tourism Department for a more comfortable journey.

Puerto Princesa Underground River

A WORLD HERITAGE SITE inscribed by UNESCO on December 4, 1999, this natural wonder features an 8.2-kilometer navigable Underground River reputed to be the world’s longest that winds through a spectacular cave before emptying into the West Philippine Sea.

Honda Bay

With its white sand beaches, magnificent landscape, fishing villages and rainforests, it is a favorable destination of adventurers and nature lovers. Honda Bay is just a few minutes north of city proper, hop onto a boat and go island hopping at the emerald waters of Honda Bay.
